Horizontal Laminar Flow Cabinets FlowFAST H, Class ISO 3

The FlowFAST H Cabinets represent far more economical and valid alternatives to clean-rooms, as they are capable of providing uncontaminated, particle-free and sterile conditions for materials in the work-space. They guarantee and maintain excellent product protection factors by offering a decontaminated working area by virtue of the G3 pre-filter and H14 HEPA/ULPA filter. FlowFAST H have been adopted in use for product protection from airborne contamination or while handling non-pathogenic biological specimens. These cabinets are recommended for use in applications such as Sterility Test, Microbiology, In Vitro Fertilization, Preparation of ophthalmic solutions, Preparation of culture media, Assembly of electronic devices, Nutritional Parenteral Therapy, Assembly of medical devices.

• With a H14 HEPA/ULPA filter, air cleanliness in Class ISO 3, according to ISO 14644-1, efficiency better than 99.995% MPPS (EN-1822) as well as a synthetic fibre pre-filter with minimum efficiency of 80%-90% ASHRAE.
• Housing made of Epoxy cold rolled steel with antimicrobial Dupont™ ALESTA^® coating (Ag-cations-based), with fixed AISI 304L stainless steel working surface in one piece. Special versions made of non-reflective plastic laminated panel on demand.
• Noise level <60 db(A)
• Transparent side walls made of safety glass, optional flexible frontal closure shutter
• With 1 electrical socket as standard and 1 gas and 1 vacuum outlet as option
• Membrane keyboard with touch sensitive buttons for main On/Off switch, light, night mode and UV lamp (option), power socket. Optional with digital display when quipped with anemometer and automatic airflow control, indicating air velocity and the relevant alarms
• UV sterilizing lamp available as added option, complete with a flexible front shutter in order to close the working area from dust and for the safety of operators
